Document Requirements
As part of the registration process, we kindly ask that you have scans or photos of your athlete’s birth certificate and most recent report card ready to upload. These documents are essential for squad and scholastic compliance, ensuring a smooth start to the season for all participants.
Roster Limits & Minimum Mandatory Play Rule (MPR)
To foster a supportive and inclusive environment, each football team will be capped at 25 athletes, allowing for maximum playtime. The Minimum Mandatory Play Rule (MPR) for all Pop Warner teams consisting of 16-25 Players is 10 plays. Similarly, our cheer squads will be capped at 15 athletes, promoting teamwork and collaboration within our organization and our parent league, Florida Panhandle Pop Warner.
Registration Priority
Priority will be given to returning Green Wave families, followed by registration order. We can't wait to welcome both returning and new athletes to the ECGW family.
